HB miRDx™ BKV Kit is a Multiplex Real-time RT-PCR kit that incorporates the miRNA biomarker bkv-miR-B1-5p in patient urine. Bkv-miR-B1-5p is abundantly expressed by the BK virus in infected patients undergoing kidney transplantation, and thus has higher diagnostic efficiency with high sensitivity and specificity. Results are obtained within 2.5 hours, and for convenience, it is provided in the form of RT, PCR Master Mix, Primer Mix, and Probe Mix, which is a mixture of dNTP, enzyme, buffer, etc., and provides standard and internal control.
